Carrie was amazing. We initially had a whole school refit off a contractor, Northgate blinds, who were fabulous and a couple of mechanisms failed later down the line. Northgate took on the request to source the failed part and through communication with Yewdale, managed to get the parts sourced and sending out. We use a variety of different products from Yewdale for many years these include Anti-ligature rollers cubicle tracks and curtain tracks as well as standard roller blinds cassettes,verticals for commercial and some of our domestic customers and we always get a great service Product arrive on time in their own vans with a very helpful delivery driver and Rep Brian always goes above and beyond to help us out from getting pricing to get technical specifications.
