    Product Marketing Executive

    Yewdale seeks a Product Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in bringing new products to market, enhancing the performance of existing lines, and shaping strategic marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, analyse and revitalise underperforming products, and engage B2B audiences with compelling, needs-based marketing. Please note this is an office-based role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Product Launch Management: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring they meet client requirements and establish a robust market presence.
    • Product Performance Monitoring: Track the success of existing product lines, pinpoint areas for improvement, and strategise on ways to reinvigorate declining products.
    • Campaign Development: Create and execute targeted campaigns to build brand awareness and stimulate demand, collaborating with sales, design, and external agencies for maximum impact across digital, print, and event channels.
    • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research into competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences, ensuring Yewdale’s offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
    • Content Creation: Work alongside the content team to craft messaging that speaks directly to target audiences, highlighting product benefits, unique selling points, and Yewdale’s value proposition.
    • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with product information, positioning, and materials, creating a clear value narrative to support their conversations with potential clients.
    • Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather and assess feedback and product reviews, offering insights for improvements and relaying these to the product development team.

    Requirements:

    • Preferable to have bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product marketing or a similar role, ideally within B2B sectors.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and tracking product performance metrics.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging product narratives.
    • A creative, solutions-focused mindset with knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple product launches and campaigns.

    • New Business Acquisition: Engage and convert new clients by showcasing Yewdale’s unique strengths as a trusted B2B manufacturer. Drive introductory conversations that identify client needs and position Yewdale’s solutions effectively.
    • Exhibition & Event Representation: Represent Yewdale at key exhibitions and industry events, bringing leads back for follow-up and nurturing. Drive post-event engagement to ensure long-term relationships and potential conversion.
    • Market Strategy & Insight: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client insights that can inform campaigns and messaging.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised approach to lead tracking, ensuring that all interactions are logged in the CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate progress updates for seamless internal communication and handover.
    • Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with the marketing team for aligned campaigns and report monthly on new business pipeline progress, conversion rates, and lead quality.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation, with proven success in the B2B sector.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a professional, client-focused approach and the ability to clearly convey Yewdale’s value propositions.
    • Proactivity: A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role, driven to uncover opportunities and close new business.
    • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for tracking, reporting, and maintaining client data.

This role is crucial in ensuring data cleanliness, managing customer journey campaigns, and enhancing targeted communication to deepen our engagement with both customers and prospects. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role requires an individual with a meticulous eye for data, a passion for workflow automation, and an interest in pushing the boundaries of personalised email marketing. Please note this is an office-based role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data Integrity & Management: Act as the ‘policeman’ of our HubSpot data, ensuring that all customer and prospect data is up-to-date, accurate, and consistently formatted. Regularly perform data audits, clean-up activities, and enforce best practices across the team to maintain data integrity.
    • Customer Journey Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage a series of customer journey campaigns to engage new and existing customers. Design and execute triggered campaigns based on user behaviour, lifecycle stages, and other relevant criteria, ensuring a cohesive and targeted customer experience.
    • Segmentation & Personalisation: Create and refine customer segments within HubSpot, allowing for highly targeted and personalised email marketing. Continuously evaluate segmentation strategy to ensure each audience group receives the most relevant communications.
    • Workflow Management: Oversee all HubSpot workflows, maintaining and optimising existing workflows while developing new ones as needed. Ensure workflows are efficient and that they support larger marketing objectives.
    • Email Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on email marketing strategies that leverage HubSpot's capabilities, designing campaigns with a high level of personalisation and targeting. Drive engagement through creative email content and analysis of performance metrics.
    • Opportunities for Growth: Explore new tools and tactics within HubSpot to elevate our CRM and email marketing efforts, staying current with best practices and innovative solutions in CRM management and email marketing automation.
    • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, using insights to continually refine and improve campaigns.

     

    Requirements:
