Our lead times are among the shortest in the industry, ensuring that you receive your order promptly without compromising on quality. Our skilled production team complete made-to-measure orders within 3 to 5 days on average. We operate a day shift, late shift and night shift in our factory, which ensures we stay on top of large commercial orders.

We also have a large warehouse which houses our components and fabrics, ensuring we always have excellent stock availability. The recent acquisition of our warehouse has substantially improved the service we provide to companies who manufacture products in-house. If you receive an urgent order for blinds, we can provide next-day delivery of the components you need to complete the order.

Tailored Delivery Service

Unlike our competitors, we manage our own delivery service, named Elite. This means your order is handled with the utmost care and precision from the moment it leaves our production factory until it arrives at your site. Our drivers truly care about the experience you receive and provide unloading assistance, which can be a great help on large sites.

Your products will arrive safely and in perfect condition, transported by a Yewdale van and delivered by a member of our dedicated team, not a third-party courier. Our customers love this service because it guarantees that their products won’t arrive damaged on installation day, which would delay the installation.

Our Elite delivery service provides full tracking and excellent flexibility around special delivery requests. We also offer a free packaging collection service. We reuse our packaging when possible or recycle it if it’s no longer in good condition.

Approachable Team

With a large Sales team and a dedicated Customer Care department, we are always ready to assist you. Whether you have questions about our products, need help with an order, or require after-sales support, our team is here to provide the assistance you need, making your experience with us as smooth as possible.

Our Board of Directors, now consisting of five members, includes three of the founding family members. Family connections extend throughout Yewdale. In our team, we have many different unrelated family connections including a husband, wife and their two sons in the production team. 

Despite growing to a workforce of nearly 200-strong, Yewdale has an excellent company culture where everyone is valued. It's no surprise that 15 staff members have been with us for over 10, 15 and even 20 years!
