After having building work done had Yewdale blinds fitted through out my property. Reached out for help removing the blind and changing the chain. As a private customer I do not think the supplier is still on the go and the builder really cannot remember the details. I found the supplier initially unhelpful saying that they had system issues. However after reconfirming that I believed that the supplier no longer existed they provided a couple of videos that allowed quick any easy. Removal, chain replacement and re installation. Rating would have been higher if there had not been the issues.

Had Yewdale blinds fitted several years ago, as did my sister. Worked perfectly until an over enthusiastic grandson manage to pull the blind down breaking the chain!!!! Contacted Yewdale via email and was invited into the Company for a repair. Visited the same day and was greeted by Shaun, who was delightful. Took the blind and explained what they would do. While waiting, in the lovely reception, several of the work force asked if I was being helped and others acknowledged me with a smile. Shaun arrived back with a fully functional blind and advised if any problems to return. I now have my blind back up and working perfectly once again. I found the whole experience of dealing with Yewdale a breath of fresh air and would not hesitate in recommending them....... my blinds are lovely and still look perfect after several years!
