A big thank you to all of you who have completed our recent customer satisfaction survey. Your feedback is invaluable to us and helps us give you the best service possible.
We’re pleased to say that the feedback we have received has been amazing with 85% of you ‘very satisfied’ overall with Yewdale. From the survey evaluation, 94% of you are ‘very satisfied' with our customer service and 74% are ‘very satisfied’ with our delivery service.
We have noted some lower scores around our accounting services at 60% ‘very satisfied’ which we will be looking into and digging a bit deeper to find out what the issues are so we can provide a better service to you.
We have taken on board your feedback with regard to products or a service you would like to change and also recommendations for new products - we will be investigating these over the coming months to see if they are viable ideas for us to take forward so watch this space for more information.
You may remember all those completed surveys went into a prize draw to receive a £100 of high-street vouchers - our wheel of fortune made a decision and the winner was Chris Davies, Blinds of London. His account manager Brian went to visit Chris with the Yewdale show van and presented his vouchers.
Chris was over the moon with his win saying, “Special thanks to Yewdale for your valued support and service over the years, always providing quality products. We’re proud to have received this competition prize today – many thanks from the team”.
