Carrie was amazing. We initially had a whole school refit off a contractor, Northgate blinds, who were fabulous and a couple of mechanisms failed later down the line. Northgate took on the request to source the failed part and through communication with Yewdale, managed to get the parts sourced and sending out. on an order two blinds were damaged, you made the replacements wrong size. then you charged full price for remakes when you said you wouldn't. Then on another order a blind was made wrong size
